Services and Rates

     At PIONEER PET SERVICES we offer affordable in-your-own-home pet sitting services, as well as a separate Home Check service to visually inspect your home and property while you are away. If there is something specific you are looking for but do not see it listed here, call us and ask us about it. We will be more than happy to try to work something out that will work for both of us.

     An additional fee will be added to any visit located more than 8 minutes from our location at 802 19th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota. From 9 minutes to 12 minutes there will be $1.00 added per visit. For 13 minutes to the edge of town there will be $2.00 added per visit. These times are determined by using the Google Map at the bottom of this page. These rates may be affected by large road construction projects not shown on the Google Map app.

IN YOUR HOME PET SITTING
PET VISITS WITH UP TO 3 PETS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
THE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PET OF $3.00

  • Free initial in-your-home Meet & Greet
  • 15 - 20 minutes for each visit
  • Feeding & watering
  • Potty break
  • Play time and/or attention at the home as the pet dictates
  • Medication administered per owners request (difficult pets may incur an additional fee)
    • 1 VISIT PER DAY:    $17.00
    • 2 VISITS PER DAY:  $32.00
    • 3 VISITS PER DAY:  $48.00
    • 4 VISITS PER DAY:  $62.00
    • ALL EXTRA VISITS:  $14.00 per
  • The above mentioned In-Home pet sitting services come with the  following FREE amenities at your request.​​
    • Lights, TV, Radio can be alternated on and off
    • Window dressings can be alternated open or closed
    • Mail / Packages / Newspapers brought into home
    • Plants can be watered (indoor plants should all be located in a single location to facilitate watering)(outdoor plants should have hoses and/or sprinkler ready to go)
  • Special requests for services outside of the normal service area will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur different pricing.
Home Check: $30.00 per week

Are you going away for an extended period of time? Let me put your mind at ease with this simple service. We will come to your home 2 times per week on days of your choosing to check on your home systems such as the furnace, water heater, electrical box, sump & pump, water and plumbing system and other components that help to make your home run smoothly.
